Spending...

So today i had plans afta class to go meet my bestest fren, Amanda in Sunway Pyramid..Many thought i was goin to meet a 'special dude' haha...so i played along...haha

Got there earler so i went to Elle, MNG and Topshop. DISASTER! haha everything was callin out to me...Thank God Manda rang me shortly as she had arrived. We caught up in Starbucks around 3.15... and had a drink there. Mocha Frap as usual fr me...splendid burst of caffeine. As we always do...we talked, laughed, talked, joked and talked even more. Did i mention talk? haha Generally we do best in the above mentioned haha.

Afta ages, we went walkin around to look fr dinner. Looked through a lot of places and finnally settled on Japanese Ramen. It was nice and furthermore, new to the tastebuds. While eating, we talked mre and got to disgusting topics as well, which made the ppl in the table next to us stare in abhore. Hahaha we purposely spite dem even mre on the way out haha. Typical us...

Manda left a while later as she had some accounting conference/meetin thingy fr CAT. I proceeded to walk around abit as i waited fr my ride hme...At that time, i was already freezin so i actually BOUGHT a jacket haha. Its nice la...and didnt cost me alot. I think?

OH YA! I freakin left my Puma bottle behind in the Sunway toilet! WTH! DAMN IT! Ill leave it at that...thx ppl for coolin me dwn haha. U noe who u are...

Having slept at 4.30am the nite before, i literally had to be dragged out of bed by my mum as i had plans/'date' wit Aalexander Seo Yiie Hurn..haha a great fren of mine frm Malacca.

So...i went straight into the bathroom and had a bath..and proceeded to scramble up an outfit haha. Halfway tru dat...Aalex texted me and was like..whr r u? im already in mp haha. So i rushed and dragged my mum out the door. We met at Big Apple and den went walkin around. Hvnt seen him in ages but we got rite bk into it like weve nvr been apart..

He suggested a movie so up to the cinema it was. We finally agreed on 'Don't mess with the Zohan'... I hadnt any food all day so off to Mcd's..haha..we ate, talked, talked and talked even mre. Just like the good ol' days i must say.

Afta dat, we walked around mre and ended up in the arcade haha. And im sure u noe wat we did thr by nw...haha Daytona USA!

It was 12.30 by then and so we went in and watched the movie. OMG! Its gross + funny + weird ..haha everything revolved around body parts? haha but it was certainly a good laugh. Afta the movie, we talked mre and jst lingered around in the mall to kill time.

Pickin up where we left off

Met up with Vivian and Bee Ting today in Dataran Pahlawan at 12.30. Naturally, the were late as usual haha. We went straight off to lunch as i was already starving by then...Nandos in Mahkota Parade it was...good choice as apparently it was lady's day, so we got 50% off our food!

We sat and talked fr ages as usual....when we actually dcided to leave, we were left wit a dilemma-wat to do? haha we walked over to the arcade den 'someone' randomly suggested to go watch a movie. haha i wonder who? So we walked across the street bk to DP's GSC as its brand new haha..We agreed on Wall E. It was suprisingly good...so adorable and smart...haha im serious! Before dat...haha we went to Carrefour to get snacks..haha wud u believe the things we snuck in haha. Spent quite alot too..haha we got a packet of milo nuggets, cadbury choc bar, biscuit, rocky and MnM's..haha

After the movie, we went wallet hunting haha...went to all places and back and forth the street between malls haha. We even managed 2 rounds of Daytona haha. Looky here...

Medical Association annual dinner gala

Having contacts...my dad was invited to the medical association annual dinner...and he prompted to drag my bro and i along. Of course my mum went to0...haha

Well, it was held in Rennaissance Resort Hotel, Malacca. Its a reli fancy place i must admit but generally, the whole nite was rather bland.

We arrived at around 7.20 and went straight up to the holding room outside the ballroom fr cocktail hour. Oh yea!! The waitress asked my bro if he wanted a beer and she DIDNT EVEN LOOK AT ME!! WTH?! Hes 15 and im the 18 yr old damn it! I ended up hving to drink my dads' haha. Sad...i noe

The governer came..and all those doctors, Tan sri's and Datuk' s...i cnt even remember their name...haha well to my suprise they actually made us stand fr the national anthem and state song! My bro and i were making eye contact and going huh? haha

Dinner was good i guess...8 course meal...i was utterly dissapointed they didnt serve sharks fin soup haha. And i immediately thought of Melvin haha..*inside story. I had earlier told him id ring if i got bored...and so i did haha.

Moving on...the whole night i had to smile and talk to people i didnt even noe, but apparent they knew who i was. All of them started by goin..my have u grown up..haha im serious and they all got excited to noe dat i was persuing medicine.

A definate bonus was that the entertainment of the nite was Comedy Court. They were indeed awesome! And managed to leave the crowd gasping fr air..haha laughter frm all corners.

Music started blasting afta dat..and people started hitting the dance floors. Definately funny watching them...I, on the other hand, was entertained by Wimbledon tennis on my phone haha. My parents dissappeared, socialising. Thank God, Fiona, a friend/distant relative? was there...shes a final year medical student in Manipal, Malacca. We took pictures and chatted a lil...nice to see her again.

We left around 12.30am...i was grateful...haha but i must say..it was an experience. I somehow kept picturing myself in their shoes 1o years to come. I WAS SOOOO GLAD TO SEE THE LADY DOCTORS ALL HAPPILY MARRIED! haha myths bout nt being able to marry.....in ur face.

Thats bout it for nw...tune in next time fr mre updates. Definately...as im currently on a week holiday. YAY! Been catching up on sleep...much deprived sleep for dat matter.

So yea...i was thr in an hour. There was this Hitz.fm avril thingy...was pretty cool indeed but i was jst nt in the mood to play games haha. Fatigue stricken. But the company was great....and i gotta see loads of familir faces.

I was starving...so we went to Big Apple...haha got myself a donut and a caffe latte. Was suprised by a complimentary donut as well ahaha. Manda said it was because i kept smiling at the dude. haha i was nt! So we chatted as usual...joking around and hearing each other out.

We meet again...

Lee Dan Neil...haha a gd fren of mine, who used to be in Taylor's asked me out since we hvnt seen each other in months. Sunway Pyramid it wud be...he came over at 2pm and met me on campus afta my class ended. Not long afta, off we went.

We reli didnt noe wat to do thr so yea..basically we jst walked around, checked out movies and stuff. Then, we stumled upon the arcade. hehe it was jst calling out to us. We had a couple of rounds of Daytona and yea..I BEAT HIM! Not bad eh fr a gal? haha and a few mre random games dat left us drained. I even managed to get a bruise, haha picture dat!

Feelin slighty hungry, Nandos was our next destination. We sat thr fr 2 and a half hours, jst chillin bk and picking up whr wee left off last. It was great..had loadsa good laughs along the way...he even bought me something! 3 things actually! So sweet of him...and its reli nice....THANKS again!

Walked around bit mre and i even managed to buy a dress frm Nichi haha...i sense another shoppin spree nearing as the holidays hea up haha. Wat cn i say? Typical female species...haha

We had Malaysian Studies final exam today and i guess it was so so...hoping only to pass., no high expectations this time round haha.

Having said dat, im as of nw free frm exams (at least fr a week or so)...

Afta all dat, vasanth, shine and philip invited me fr a game of pool. Initially was rather reluctant, but i went anyways haha...in the end i played 5 games! haha den i went to KFC wit shadow as i hv been craving it fr the past fortnight. Oh, was it splendid haha...

Mission fr the rest of the day-

2. Sleep suffieciently witout feeling guilty

Ive jst about had enough of the sleep deprivation, fatigue and stress. Id love to be able to go to bed witout the guilt and hang around fr once.

Well, today we had Physics common test 3....i say that wit a huge sigh....i guess u cn sorta mk out hw it was like. Tmrw theres Malaysian Studies final exam, and well...its boring! Cnt even bring myself to sit and read it fr any longer than 30 minutes haha. Get the pic?

On higher notes...afta 3pm friday...IM FREE! HOLIDAYS here i come haha.

First time for everything...

Today we had Mathematical Studies common test3...dun even dare bring it up. Its nothing but the past...

Well the nite before, i only managed approx 3 hours of sleep...leaving me physically exhausted, hyper and high all day long. I know they dont sum up but dats hw i literally felt. I was also HAPPY fr some apparent reason.

Vasanth, the nite before had asked me to keep him company till 8 today so yea...plans were set.
Class ended at around 2.35 fr ESL (why am i so nt suprised?) haha and we hung out in D24 fr abit. Vasanth den suggested a game of pool. Considering the fact that i had nt been up thr and was kinda in the mood fr some relaxin activites, i played along. Kah Shin, Zhi Mei, Kai Xin, Thomas, Philip Vasanth and i trotted along. Generally, i was heaps of fun and i must say...im SO SO SO rusty! It has been years since i last picked up a cue.

Afta everyone left, it was jst the two of us...vasanth was hungry so off to Subway we went. When dat was done with, we proceeded to the library haha. We sat at this corner away frm all. Well i gotta mention, today was one of the days of which instead of me bugging him to study, it was the other way round haha. Generally, my brain was on standby mode.

We were later joined by Philip and so we spent our hours thr, talkin, kiddin around and yea a wee lil tiny minute bit of studyin haha. Ill leave out the details..Dinner soon followed at the Face to Face noodle shop. Yummy! haha I was only schedule to leave at 8.30 so i had plenty of time to kill. Vasanth left to go jam wit his band leavin Philip and me..we walked bk to campus and sat on the branches under the trees to hv our heart to heart talk haha. He insisted we sat there, giving the mosquitoes a chance fr a banquet. OMG!! I hv so many bites...damn it...

As my mission today is to sleep and watch House, i guess im well on the way to success haha. Stuck wit this damn sore throat nw...arghh gtg rest...dis is killin me.

Finally....

Finally.....ive seen Dark Knight! Haha i managed to talk Vasanth yesterday into taking me to the movies haha...imagine the excitement and anticipation after all ive heard frm my mates. Haha so yea..watched it fr a good solid 2 and a half hours, hving Shine and Yee Siew tagging along as well. We had pretty good seats which was indeed a bonus.

Before dat tho, the boys as in Vas, Thomas and Philip went to get their hair cut. Haha massive change fr them but the most obvious wud have to be Vasanth's. Haha he no longer has my hair...

Anyways, coming bk to Dark Knight...JOKER was the highlight of it all! He has 100% style...to quote, "why so serious?, lets put a smile back on that face" haha...Damn dat was awsum! I reli cnt xplain it. If u still havnt seen it...GO NW! I said NW! hahaha rated 9.5/10 on my pleasure scale. Dat seriously left me all happy and content...

Later on in the night, my family and i went to Country Barn..the moment i walked in i was like whoa..smoke! It literally felt like a chimney wit airconditioning tho..and so generally in a bar..u drink. And i had one too many haha..Tigers it was...but i mst admit..it was rather relaxin to tk my mind off the study stress and workload. Den...the guilt sank in...i shall no longer be able to elaborate.

Moving on...today...Kok Mun brought me on a 'fieldtrip' to Taylor's Buisness School. haha he had to run some errands so he asked me to go wit him, considerin the fact that i had ntg to do and was bored in ESL class..so off we went. It was my first time in my 8 months, of bein a Taylorian, that i actually went up the TBS buildin. Haha apparently..according to Ping Sern, i depicted an xcited child experiecing sumthing so overwhelming. Haha but yea...i gotta admit i was kinda hyper then.

On a totally unrelated subject...haha time to be random. Not xactly...well we went to As u like it fr lunch today. Boy was it an experience...haha to me it seemed like a hse of games and fun. Melvin, Kok Mun, Vasanth, Kah Shin, Thomas, Zhi Mei, Philip, Kai xin and i went thr anticipating sumthing new. We ended up entertaining ourselves wit UNO stacko and heaps of magazines haha. Food/drinks were good, atmosphere was relaxed, couches were comfy and generally it was jst great.
